- Lead shift management activities including overseeing customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring to build a skilled team aligned with company values
- Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, or special functions as needed to enhance guest experiences
- Train staff on food handling procedures, culinary techniques, and customer service excellence
Experience
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on food preparation and kitchen operations
- Extensive background in restaurant management including supervising teams, training staff, and overseeing daily operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP certification preferred) and sanitation practices in hospitality environments
- Experience in fine dining or casual dining settings with an emphasis on customer service excellence
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory control effectively
- Previous experience managing bar operations including barista or coffee shop experience is advantageous
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, conduct interviews, and develop staff through training & development initiatives
