General Summary :
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing a strategic marketing plan for the assigned shopping center.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops, plans, and implements Annual Marketing Plan and Budget, including research data, SWOT, center goals and objectives, strategies and tactics in consultation with national retail leadership, management and leasing. Manages the shopping center marketing budget to fully utilize tenant, landlord and alternative contributions to maximize property traffic and sales.
• Works with national retail team to implement corporate brand marketing, policies, procedures, programs and initiatives at the field level.
• Plans and directs the advertising, public relations, special events, sales promotions, community programming and retailer relations activities for the center.
