The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in representing the property and EMG across several digital platforms. This position is responsible for creating engaging content, promoting brand consistency, and showcasing the lifestyle and value of the two Park City properties - Slopeside Village and Skyview Residences. The ideal candidate is creative, friendly, highly organized, and comfortable traveling to multiple sites to capture content. They must demonstrate strong phone and social media skills, understand Fair Housing advertising guidelines, and consistently represent both the properties and EMG with professionalism and enthusiasm. The role of the Maintenance Technician is to complete all maintenance needs of the property in all aspects and areas of the property including curb appeal, cleaning, painting, unit make readies, work orders, etc. The Maintenance Technician is a key role to maintain a high level of quality control pertaining to the overall condition of the community through preventative and day to day maintenance needs and therefore a big part of the community success. This position helps oversee 3 communities in the Park City area, totaling to 135 units. The candidate must have reliable transportation.
