Responsibilities The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides on-site attendant care to adolescents residing in Newport Healthcare at assigned facilities. The CNA is expected to perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of Newport Healthcare and comply with all policies and procedures, OSHA, HIPAA, local, state, and federal regulations. Essential Duties: Assist nurses in monitoring chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures, if applicable, and report findings to nurse. Obtain patient data and vital signs and report findings to the RN/Medical Director.
