Job Overview The Operations Manager is the primary point of contact for daily property operations, including housekeeping, inspections, maintenance, and after-hours support. This role coordinates repairs, manages inventory and vendor relationships, and ensures properties meet safety, cleanliness, and guest-ready standards. They work closely with the Business Development and New Listing teams to support new property onboarding, owner communications, and scheduling of property updates.
