POSITION SUMMARY

The Member Services position reports directly to the Club Manager and supports the Club’s daily operations throughout the winter operating season. This role plays a key part in creating an exceptional member experience by ensuring the facility is welcoming, organized, and operates efficiently each day. Member Services supports club operations, member hospitality, ski and snowboard valet services, and food and beverage while serving as a visible and active presence in the clubhouse. This is a winter seasonal position operating November-April and will include weekend and holiday hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ski & Snowboard Valet Operations

•Deliver members' equipment promptly and courteously, anticipating needs to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
•Assist members with ski and snowboard storage, retrieval, and organization.
•Ensure equipment is handled safely and professionally.
•Maintain cleanliness and organized storage areas.

Food & Beverage Operations

•Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere, proactively engaging with members to create a genuine sense of belonging and hospitality.
•Prepare, present, and replenish food and beverage offerings throughout the day.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, dining, and back of house.
•Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for members and guests in a private club environment.
•Experience in hospitality, guest services, ski resorts, private clubs, or other service-oriented organizations preferred.
•Strong understanding of ski resort operations, mountain culture, and the expectations of members and guests in a premium alpine setting.
•Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and operationally ready clubhouse environment.
•Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make confident day-to-day decisions that support the member experience.
•Positive, professional, and proactive team member who takes initiative, anticipates needs, solves problems, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

COMPENSATION 

Full-time and part-time positions starting at $20.00/hr
