Job Description: We seek reliable and hardworking individuals to join the Park City Performing Arts team as Summer Concert on the Slopes Set-Up/Tear-Down Crew members at Canyons Village. Live events can be exciting but chaotic; anyone applying for this position should be flexible. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our summer concert series by handling the setup and teardown of chairs, tents, tables, and other temporary materials provided by Park City Performing Arts staff.  It is critical to understand that these are long hours. The role of the Maintenance Technician is to complete all maintenance needs of the property in all aspects and areas of the property including curb appeal, cleaning, painting, unit make readies, work orders, etc. The Maintenance Technician is a key role to maintain a high level of quality control pertaining to the overall condition of the community through preventative and day to day maintenance needs and therefore a big part of the community success. This position helps oversee 3 communities in the Park City area, totaling to 135 units. The candidate must have reliable transportation.
