It is a small space and we all work in close proximity to each other. So being personable, kind and supportive of each other is an absolute requirement. We expect punctuality, dependability, and a cooperative attitude. While you will have a primary responsibility and job position, you may be asked to help out in any capacity within the bakery, from cleaning, stocking shelves, to mixing and measuring.
