This is a craft position. You know how to pull a perfect shot, steam milk properly, and you've got a deft hand at latte art — or you're close and hungry to get there. Some experience behind an espresso machine required.
You live here for the mountains — not to watch it through a window while you work a 9-to-5. We built our schedule around that.
We are building our shifts at Marvelli as half days, so the other half is yours:
• Early Shift | 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM — Clock out with time to spare before half-day lifts open at 12:30. Afternoon laps, every day.
• Swing Shift | 10 AM – 2:30 PM — The true part-time gig. Work the social heart of the day, meet everyone in town, and keep your dawn workouts, your evenings, and your dinner plans untouched.
• Late Shift | 1:30 PM – 6 PM — First chair, fresh tracks, untouched corduroy. Ski /MTB/Hike hard for three and a half hours — then come to work with jelly legs and a grin.
Ski, board, bike, climb, fish — we don't care what you do with your half day. We just guarantee you'll have one.

We bake Italian Artisan Breads.Specifically Italian focaccia using only Italian flour and very few ingredients. We do not believe in seed oils, preservatives, synthetic additives or other junk in our food.
We are a small operation, with only a few employees, but rapidly expanding. Punctuality, dependability, and consistency are highly valued. We work in a small shop together and everyone helps each other. You must be personable, adaptable and willing to help in whatever capacity asked of you. Cleaning, mixing, baking, it all can come into your job responsibilities.
