Sales Concierge - Part-Time / Weekends | Promontory Club

Promontory Club is seeking a polished, personable, and service-minded Sales Concierge to join our Real Estate Sales team on weekends.

Located just outside Park City, the Promontory Sales Center offers an exceptional setting overlooking the Park City ski resorts. As the first point of contact for many of our prospective buyers and Club members, the Sales Concierge plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys exceptional customer service, luxury hospitality, private-club environments, and real estate.

Schedule:
Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist prospective buyers, Club members, and guests with a warm and professional approach
• Serve as the primary weekend presence at the Sales Center front desk
• Support the Real Estate Sales team with daily administrative and client-service needs
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with client communication
• Maintain schedules, calendars, records, and sales-related information
• Assist with MLS, databases, spreadsheets, and other sales systems
• Prepare the Sales Center for daily operations and special events
• Stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Anticipate the needs of the Sales team and help create a seamless client experience
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with clients and real estate transactions
  

  Qualifications

  • Interested in luxury real estate, private clubs, hospitality, or client services
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Willing to learn MLS and Promontory-specific systems and processes

  Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a genuine desire to create an outstanding client experience.

  Wages from $22 - $24  per hour and will be determined upon employment and will be commensurate with experience. Quarterly SPIFF and Annual Bonuses.
