Hospitality and Operations Specialist (Must be local to Park City)

We are adding to our Park City team! As a Hospitality and Operations Specialist you will be on a team responsible for overseeing the full operational, guest-service, and asset-protection functions of high-end, luxury rental properties.
This role ensures that each residence meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service consistent with luxury hospitality.
A primary duty of this position is to efficiently inspect and follow through with all arrivals and departures as they occur during peak season and to develop and follow through with fall/spring home projects between peak seasons.
Other duties include:
● Arranging pre-arrival and post-departure home inspections to make sure our standards and the guests’ expectations are met
● Sharing MOD (manager on duty) coverage and supporting guest requests during their stay
● Ensure homes are ready for guest arrival
● Ensure all homes are up to InvitedHome standards
● Trouble shoot problems that arise in homes
● Assist with all aspects of maintenance, housekeeping management, and vendor relationships
● Provide AV instruction/maintenance in all properties so that guests and homeowners are clear on how to work all the systems easily and efficiently.
● Take direction from the General Manager for implementing various controls and procedures during both peak and low seasons.
● Meet guests in the field on arrival days when necessary, only for select homes and when a guest needs assistance, typically between 10 am and 8 pm
● Monitoring daily communications via email and/ or messaging app
● Tracking the completion of weekly tasks and projects (house checks, spa services, housekeeping, repairs, equipment replacement, maintenance, etc.)
● Perform weekly inspections for homes participating in InvitedHome HomeCare Program
Required Experience and Skills
Must be local to Park City.
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, property management, or other related fields.
Computer Proficiency
Good organizational Skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record and reliable 4x4 transportation
Manages time effectively and meets deadlines
Ability to learn new computer and cell phone applications software
Ability to troubleshoot.
Recommended Experience and Skills
Basic Maintenance Skills
Strong local knowledge of Park City and surrounding area
Associates or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
Physical Abilities
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
Reach overhead and below the waist
Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
You may be required to walk for long periods of time and shovel snow
