LEAD BARTENDER

Victory Ranch located in Kamas UT is looking for an amazing lead bartender for one of our property restaurants.  This is a year round, benefits eligible role.

Bartending & Lead Duties

• Lead and support bartenders during assigned shifts.
• Assist management in maintaining smooth bar operations and high service standards.
• Train new bartenders and servers on recipes.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, management, and support teams.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Comply with all local and state alcohol service laws.
• Maintain knowledge of seasonal cocktails, featured products, and menu changes.

Wine & Spirits Knowledge

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine varietals, regions, pairings, and proper wine service techniques.
• Possess working knowledge of major spirit categories including whiskey, bourbon, tequila, rum, vodka, gin, brandy, and liqueurs.
• Recommend wines, spirits, cocktails, and pairings based on members preferences.
• Educate members and staff on premium products, specialty cocktails, and tasting notes.
• Assist with wine and liquor inventory management, rotation, and ordering.
• Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends and industry standards.

Operations & Compliance

• Assist with opening and closing duties including cleaning, stocking, and ordering.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, product issues, and par levels.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and local alcohol laws.
• Assist with special events and private parties as needed.
