The Property Manager oversees all aspects of a brand‑new, high‑end luxury community in Park City, ensuring exceptional performance throughout the full lease‑up and beyond. This role leads the development and execution of all daily operations, including capital projects, marketing, leasing, resident relations, staff management, and full compliance with the EMG Employee Manual.
Success in this position requires exceptional customer service skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to confidently close leases in a competitive luxury market. As the face of the community, the Property Manager sets the tone for a welcoming, service‑driven environment that reflects the elevated expectations of luxury living.
The Property Manager plays a critical role in establishing the community’s reputation and long‑term success. Key objectives include driving cash flow through strategic rent structuring, controlling expenses with preventative maintenance and effective budgeting, and maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and operational excellence.
This position is central to the property’s overall performance, resident satisfaction, and the successful lease‑up of this premier new community.
