We are looking for multiple positions to help fill out our growing bakery. We are a small Artisan Bakery located on Main St in Kamas. It is a small space and we all work in close proximity to each other. So being personable, kind and supportive of each other is an absolute requirement. We expect punctuality, dependability, and a cooperative attitude. While you will have a primary responsibility and job position, you may be asked to help out in any capacity within the bakery, from cleaning, stocking shelves, to mixing and measuring. We are looking for team players who want to learn, pursue excellence in all they do, and understand the demands of a small, but rapidly growing business. Experience working in restaurants, kitchens and food service will be given priority. BARISTA - Must have 2 yrs experience.  BAKER - experience baking is required. RBCO is looking for a reliable person interested in joining our team. We are looking for a motivated independent worker willing to travel from job to job and assist the other team members to stay organized, clean up sites, move material, take pictures and help maintain the RBCO "brand". Normal working hours will be 8am-4:30pm. The hourly position will include a $300/ month vehicle allowance. You must have a valid Utah driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel from project to project. All the projects are in the Park City/ Deer Valley area.

We are looking for someone with video and editing experience to film and edit content into ready-to-post-reels. THE ROLE You’ll produce 8 Instagram reels a month, start to finish. That means filming a batch of content at Erin’s home across 2 to 3 shoot days (an iPhone is fine for filming), then editing each reel into a polished, post-ready video. Because you’re the editor, you’ll shoot with the final cut in mind, capturing exactly the shots and coverage each reel needs.
