As a Hospitality and Operations Specialist you will be on a team responsible for overseeing the full operational, guest-service, and asset-protection functions of high-end, luxury rental properties. This role ensures that each residence meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service consistent with luxury hospitality. A primary duty of this position is to efficiently inspect and follow through with all arrivals and departures as they occur during peak season and to develop and follow through with fall/spring home projects between peak seasons.
