We are seeking a dependable On-Site HOA Supervisor to oversee the evening operations of Shadow Ridge HOA condominium community.
This position is ideal for someone with a maintenance or facilities background who enjoys working with people and is comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, and enforcing community rules professionally.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular property walks and identify maintenance, safety, and cleanliness concerns.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot building issues, including investigating leaks and determining their potential source.
Monitor security cameras and assist with HOA rule enforcement.
Oversee HOA parking enforcement and document violations.
Interact professionally with homeowners, renters, property managers, rental management companies, vendors, and contractors.
