The role of the Maintenance Technician is to complete all maintenance needs of the property in all aspects and areas of the property including curb appeal, cleaning, painting, unit make readies, work orders, etc. The Maintenance Technician is a key role to maintain a high level of quality control pertaining to the overall condition of the community through preventative and day to day maintenance needs and therefore a big part of the community success. This position helps oversee 3 communities in the Park City area, totaling to 135 units. The candidate must have reliable transportation.
