JOB SUMMARY
Assist with executing the PCCB program of work related to sales and communications and promoting Park City/Summit County, Utah as a year-round, overnight destination for leisure, meetings, and events. Promote the organization, its programs, benefits, and its value proposition. To provide primary support to the Sales & Communications department, including Group Sales, International Sales, and Communications. Assist the sales team in developing qualified leads for Park City, and supporting the Group Sales, International Sales, and Communications teams with CRM database and activations. Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Import and manage all lead opportunities in CRM. Assign leads in Cvent to sales managers. Assist department staff to maintain client records in the database by keeping accounts and contacts current in the CRM, continually updating sales data.
- Import tradeshow participation and appointment lists for the sales and international team into the CRM. Ensure all contacts are accurately entered, duplicates merged and tagged correctly.
- Assist team members with Familiarization Tours and site visit itinerary planning as assigned.
- Assist sales managers with partner referrals and ensure they are accurately entered into the CRM, so they appear in the member benefits summary.
- Purchase and manage sales promotional materials.
- Import department expenses and in-kind transactions with members in the CRM.
- Coordinate quarterly meetings, including scheduling, creating agendas and supporting materials, and taking minutes for follow-up.
- Produce monthly board reports for Group Sales, International Sales, and Communications teams. Generate additional data reports as requested.

- Post-secondary education or equivalent sales experience required.
- 1+ years of relevant working experience required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Organizational skills including follow-up, ability to multi-task and attention to detail are essential requirements.
- Must be self-motivated and sales oriented.
- Must be a team player, be able to take direction from several staff simultaneously and prioritize work accordingly.
- Hotel / resort / meeting/ or tourism industry experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the Park City product.
- Excellent business etiquette and presentation.
- Strong computer skills required (Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Simpleview, etc.).
- Experience using a sales database.
- Must be willing and able to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
