Treehouse is a brand-new premium indoor playground and café opening in Park City this winter — a beautiful, screen-free space where kids climb, build, and imagine, and where parents actually enjoy spending time. More than a playground, Treehouse is being built to be a gathering place: a warm, welcoming home base where Park City families come to play, connect, and belong. We're looking for an Assistant Manager to help bring it to life from day one and keep it running beautifully every day.
This isn't a role where you'll just follow the playbook — you'll help write it. Working closely with ownership and the General Manager, you'll help shape our day-to-day, programming, and the experience every family has. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll help lead the day-to-day and be a warm, familiar face for every family who walks in. Your work will span:
Lead the front of house — set the tone at check-in, manage the flow of guests and capacity during busy sessions, and make sure every family feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
Run great parties — coordinate and host birthday parties and events from booking to cleanup, making each one easy for parents and unforgettable for kids.
Oversee the café — help run daily café service, keep things stocked and spotless, and deliver the good coffee and friendly service that make grown-ups want to stay.
Support the team — help train, schedule, and motivate staff, and step in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly.
Help build community — get to know members and regulars by name, bring warmth and energy to every shift, and help make Treehouse the place families return to and recommend.
Keep it safe and spotless — uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the space, and be a steady, calm presence during the busiest moments.
Great with kids and families — you have experience working with children and genuinely enjoy creating fun, welcoming experiences for them.
Warm and community-minded — you love connecting with people, remember names and faces, and make everyone feel like they belong.
Fun, energetic, and enthusiastic — you bring positive energy to every shift, and people light up around you.
Organized and reliable — you follow through, handle details well, and keep your cool when things get busy.
A team player and clear communicator — you work well alongside a manager and staff, and communicate warmly with families and coworkers alike.
Experienced in a customer-facing role — childcare, education, recreation, hospitality, food service, or retail all translate well; some lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
Excited to build — you want to be part of shaping something new
Bonus points for food or café experience — barista skills, food-service know-how, or a love of good coffee all go a long way here.
