Part-Time Commercial Operations & Customer Support

Le Bent is an Australian-born premium ski and outdoor apparel brand with a growing business across North America. We’re looking for a highly organized, commercially minded person based in the Park City/Salt Lake City area to join our North American team in a flexible part-time role.

This is not simply an administrative position. You’ll work directly with our North American commercial leadership team and help support our independent sales agents, specialty outdoor retailers and key national accounts across the U.S. and Canada.

The role is ideal for someone who wants 15–18 hours of meaningful professional work each week while maintaining flexibility for family, another business, skiing or other commitments. If proven successful it may prove to be the pathway for future fulltime employment 

What You’ll Do

You’ll help keep the day-to-day commercial side of our North American business moving, including:

• Supporting sales agents, retailers and key accounts with day-to-day requests and follow-up
• Monitoring customer and agent communications and making sure requests are handled promptly
• Following up orders, reorders, samples and other customer requirements
• Maintaining accurate customer, prospect and sales information in our CRM 
• Coordinating product samples, demo programs,  and trade-marketing materials
• Supporting key online and national retail partners
• Preparing sales reports, spreadsheets and presentations
• Assisting with trade shows, sales meetings and occasional local projects
• Using AI and automation tools to improve workflows and reduce repetitive administration
• Identifying things that need attention and taking ownership of them rather than waiting to be asked
