Kimball Art Center seeks a driven, personable, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented VIP Lounge Venue & Event Coordinator for the 2026 Kimball Arts Festival, August 7–9, 2026. Now in its 57th year, the Kimball Arts Festival is one of the top-ranked art festivals in the country and a signature event in Park City. This three-day, open-air celebration of the arts provides critical funding for Kimball Art Center’s year-round exhibitions and educational programs. Job Summary The VIP Lounge Venue & Event Coordinator supports the planning and on-site execution of the VIP Lounge and the overall experience for the VIP guests in the Lounge (located at the Kimball Terrace).
