We are looking for multiple positions to help fill out our growing bakery. We are a small Artisan Bakery located on Main St in Kamas. It is a small space and we all work in close proximity to each other. So being personable, kind and supportive of each other is an absolute requirement. We expect punctuality, dependability, and a cooperative attitude. While you will have a primary responsibility and job position, you may be asked to help out in any capacity within the bakery, from cleaning, stocking shelves, to mixing and measuring.
We are looking for team players who want to learn, pursue excellence in all they do, and understand the demands of a small, but rapidly growing business. Experience working in restaurants, kitchens and food service will be given priority.
BARISTA - Must have 2 yrs experience.
BAKER - experience baking is required. A home baker is absolutely welcome, but you must have at some point worked in food service so you understand how kitchens operate.
SALESPERSON - While the retail aspect of the bakery is growing there may be down time and you may be asked to help on other capacities if no customer is in the store. Including delivery of our bread to local retailers.
KITCHEN CLEANER - .Baking uses a lot of instruments. Bowls, measuring cups, sheet pans, utensils. All need to be cleaned efficiently. Sweeping, wiping down counters and shelves, cleaning mixers, taking out garbage and breaking down boxes, filling flour containers, etc. Ability to drive and deliver local deliveries is also critical. BUT, as time permits, and you prove yourself, we will also teach you how to participate in the baking.

We bake Italian Artisan Breads.Specifically Italian focaccia using only Italian flour and very few ingredients. We do not believe in seed oils, preservatives, synthetic additives or other junk in our food.
We are a small operation, with only a few employees, but rapidly expanding. Punctuality, dependability, and consistency are highly valued. We work in a small shop together and everyone helps each other. You must be personable, adaptable and willing to help in whatever capacity asked of you. Cleaning, mixing, baking, it all can come into your job responsibilities.
