Blue Sky Nomads is looking for an experienced Boutique Store Manager who loves people, beautiful merchandising, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

We are not a typical retail store. Every item in our boutique has been thoughtfully selected from artisans around the world and reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and meaningful design. We are looking for someone who shares those values and can lead our team with professionalism, kindness, and integrity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a small retail team with positivity and respect.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
  • Merchandise the store to maintain a beautiful, inspiring environment.
  • Train and coach staff while fostering a supportive workplace.
  • Oversee daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling.
  • Manage inventory, receiving, pricing, and Shopify accuracy.
  • Help execute merchandising displays and new product launches.
  • Work with ownership on events, promotions, and seasonal planning.
  • Ensure the boutique always reflects the Blue Sky Nomads brand.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • An experienced retail manager or boutique leader.
  • Warm, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent conflict-resolution skills.
  • A strong communicator who leads by example.
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Passionate about merchandising and creating beautiful displays.
  • Comfortable with Shopify or willing to learn.
  • Available to work weekdays and Saturdays.

We can teach systems and procedures. We can't teach character.
