LOMA, a modern Italian restaurant located at the bottom of Main Street in the Marriott's Summit Watch Plaza is looking for an assistant manager to work with the front of house manager to execute nightly services and limited office work. This would be great for a server looking to grow into a managers role. You would be required to manage certain days and serve/bartend the other days creating a full time position.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing daily operations on the FOH managers days off, placing liquor/wine orders, picking up liquor/wine orders, clear communication with both front and back of house employees, knowledge on all menus and procedures, onboarding staff when applicable.
