Role Description

The Operations Housekeeping Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Heber City, UT. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, coordinating and supervising a team of housekeeping staff, and ensuring quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include managing contractor schedules, conducting training, monitoring inventory for cleaning supplies, and addressing customer service needs related to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The position aims to maintain operational efficiency and deliver a consistently excellent experience for guests and property owners.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, train, and monitor housekeeping staff effectively
  • Experience in Laundry and cleaning processes to ensure high standards of property cleanliness
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for guest interactions and resolving concerns
  • Ability to handle Hiring and onboarding of housekeeping team members
  • Organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple properties and tasks
  • Attention to detail to uphold quality standards in property maintenance and cleanliness
  • Experience in property management or hospitality is a plus
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience with hospitality and nightly rental technology such as Breezeway
  • Bilingual - English Native, Spanish Conversational advantageous
