The Brand & The Role

Blueprints Vintage is a premier vintage clothing boutique located in the heart of Park City. We curate high-quality, unique, and "one-of-one" pieces for a discerning clientele. We are seeking a high-energy, style-conscious Store Manager to be the "selling face" of our brand.

This isn't just a retail job; it’s an opportunity to take psychological ownership of a curated boutique environment. You will manage the day-to-day operations, ensure the store remains editorial-ready, and lead the charge in creating a world-class shopping experience on Main Street.

Core Responsibilities

1. High-Touch Sales & Customer Engagement

  • The Selling Face: Greet every guest with genuine energy. You are a storyteller who can explain the value, history, and styling potential of our unique inventory.
  • Personal Styling: Act as a stylist for our customers, helping them build outfits and discover pieces they love.
  • Clienteling: Maintain a "lookbook" of regular local clients and notify them when new arrivals fit their aesthetic.

2. Store Operations & Aesthetics

  • Opening/Closing: Responsible for the security and daily startup/shutdown procedures of the boutique.
  • Merchandising & Stocking: While the owner handles sourcing, you own the floor. You will keep racks organized, shelves styled, and new arrivals processed and tagged immediately.
  • Pristine Environment: Maintain a spotless store. This includes light cleaning (dusting, floors, glass) to ensure the boutique always feels high-end and welcoming.

3. Brand Presence

  • Manage the "vibe" of the store, including music, lighting, and overall atmosphere.
  • Ensure the visual standards of Blueprints Vintage are met every single day to provide a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in high-end retail or boutique management (luxury or vintage experience is a major plus).
  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Main Street, Park City.
  • Skills: Strong communication, a keen eye for visual merchandising, and the ability to work independently.
  • Schedule: Must be available to work weekends and holidays (Peak Park City seasons).

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
  • Uncapped Commission: 3% commission on all personal sales.
