We are seeking a full-time bartender to join our team at the Alpine Social Club. This role is for a hospitality professional who loves craft spirits, thrives in a high-energy, creative environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and presenting cocktails that highlight Alpine’s portfolio while maintaining a polished, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and serve cocktails, flights, and spirits presentations with precision and enthusiasm.
Educate guests about Alpine Distilling’s products, stories, and production methods.
Support daily lounge operations, setup, and close-down procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and service standards in line with Alpine’s brand expectations.
Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and guest experiences.
Qualifications
2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or craft cocktail environment.
Strong product knowledge and curiosity about spirits and mixology.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Team-oriented, dependable, efficient, and detail-driven.
Must be 21+ with current Utah alcohol server certification.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a full-time capacity.
