As a Housekeeper with Sea to Ski Property Management, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of properties in Park City and the surrounding area. Our clients trust us to care for their homes as if they were our own. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform high-quality, detailed cleaning of private residences.
  
  

• Prepare homes for owner arrivals, including making beds, laundering linens, restocking supplies, and staging as requested.
  
  

• Perform walk-throughs and quality checks to ensure homes meet Sea to Ski standards.
  
  

• Document completed tasks and any issues discovered using our mobile management system (FMX).
  
  

• Communicate and coordinate with Property Managers and other team members to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
  
  

• Maintain housekeeping supplies and notify management of restocking needs.
  
  

• Assist with seasonal home care duties, such as deep cleaning and organizing.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous professional housekeeping or residential cleaning experience preferred (luxury home experience a plus).
  
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  
  

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile app to track and complete tasks.
  
  

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  
  

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and comfortably navigate stairs, snow, and uneven surfaces.
  
  

• Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends as needed (30–40 hours/week average).
