POSITION OVERVIEW
The Maintenance Technician I (Tech 1) is the senior field technician on the Sommet Blanc maintenance team and serves as the right hand of the Director of Engineering. This role carries both advanced technical responsibility and day to day supervisory accountability for Tech 2 and Tech 3 staff. The Tech 1 is the go to resource for complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting, leads the team in the Director of Engineering's absence, and holds a high degree of independent judgment in diagnosing and resolving building system issues.

Diagnose and resolve complex issues across all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, snowmelt, pool and spa mechanical systems, elevators, and building automation (BMS)
