Position Summary Bridge21 Park City seeks a strategic, relationship-driven Development Director to lead all fundraising efforts supporting neuroinclusive housing and programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role oversees major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, and events while driving long-term financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual and multi-year fundraising strategies
Manage major gifts portfolio (50–75 donors) and lead solicitations
Oversee full grants lifecycle (research, proposals, reporting)
Lead annual gala planning and execution
Partner with Executive Director and Board on revenue growth
Track performance metrics and manage CRM/database systems
Ensure donor stewardship, compliance, and revenue forecasting
