Job Summary: The Recreation Group Facilitator has the ability to be versatile and support all areas of program delivery and program support. This position supports the Groups and Military Program Department with the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and administration of recreation program activities for people with disabilities. Park City Performing Arts is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to serve as Venue Coordinator. This is a summer/ seasonal position responsible for overseeing on-site operations and ensuring all events. The Venue Coordinator acts as a central point of communication between the executive director and the event staff, volunteers, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and moving parts in a fast-paced live event environment. This position includes regular in-person work and event-day responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
