City League is looking for baseball coaches for our upcoming spring season. You do not need to be a former baseball player or expert coach. If you can throw, catch, and connect with kids, we can train you to become a great coach. City League practices run camp-style sessions where our directors design and run the development stations. Coaches rotate with their team and focus on encouraging athletes, building confidence, and helping kids fall in love with sport. We provide training, structure, and support, so you’re never left trying to invent drills or manage practice alone.
