We are looking for another individual to join the team.   You should have an appreciation and love of art and the creative process.  You need to be comfortable using power tools, a tape measure and working with your hands.  The shop is a cell phone free environment.  You need to be good with people and your coworkers and keep the workplace positive and productive. We will train you, but we need someone who is open to learning. That is a continual in our industry. As we have a gallery as well, we do several shows a year for the artists that we carry. I am looking for someone who wants a career in the art world.  It takes much too long to train someone to have them leave in a year.  If you are looking for a holdover job until the ski season, this is not for you.  My staff is treated very well, all of which we can chat about in an in person interview.
