This role is for someone who understands that great events are built long before the first drink is poured.
The Event Operations & Production Manager works side-by-side with the operations team to ensure every detail—from batching syrups to loading vans—is dialed, organized, and ready for service. You’ll lead the day-to-day flow of the operation, making sure everything leaving the warehouse meets Top Shelf standards.
Role
If you’ve ever run a busy bar, managed a catering kitchen, or prepped for a high-volume event—you know the difference between hoping it works and knowing it’s ready.
This role owns that difference.
You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of event execution behind the scenes:
Building and organizing cocktail batches, prep, and production
Managing inventory, tools, and event kits
Overseeing ordering and keeping par levels tight
Leading the team in the warehouse and jumping in wherever needed...
