Park City Performing Arts is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to serve as Venue Coordinator. This is a summer/ seasonal position responsible for overseeing on-site operations and ensuring all events. The Venue Coordinator acts as a central point of communication between the executive director and the event staff, volunteers, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and moving parts in a fast-paced live event environment. This position includes regular in-person work and event-day responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
