Responsibilities
• The Line / Prep Cook will be an essential member of The Guest Haus Juicery & Cafe team
• Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations, ingredient preparation, and menu execution with assistance and coordination from the Manager
•Communicate with guests if needed to take orders, complete checkout and serve food
•Prepare and serve a variety of menu items with high attention to detail. Menu is largely plant-based with a focus on juice, smoothies, salads, and toasts
• Use cold pressed juicing equipment to create high quality juices and nutmilks
•Ideally have an interest / passion in wellness, healthy food
