Facilities Maintenance Tech - Full-time

$28.00 - $31.00 hourly

Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. Full-time position available. This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for the daily maintenance operations of multiple club campuses, on property amenities, and rental cabins. The ideal candidate should be detail orientated, safety conscious, and a self-starter who will ensure proper execution of preventative, schedule, and unscheduled maintenance. Our team works in a fast-paced environment that delivers first-class product.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintenance of the community campuses
  • Working with hand/powered tools & equipment: including blowers, weed-eaters
  • Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on; check salt levels, replace filters, etc.
  • Coordinate and work with outside vendors to complete special projects
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
  • Occasional Snow removal of decks and driveways
  • Perform minor home Repairs and Troubleshooting
  • Providing access to cabins for outside services
  • Trouble shoot mechanical equipment and electrical problems
  • Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures
  • Work with Spa and Pool equipment
  • Follow instructions and work order tasks
  • 1-3 years of applicable experience preferred, but not required.
  • Sunday-Wednesday 4-10 hour shifts
  • CPO a plus but paid training/licensing available.
  • HVAC and electrical experience are a plus, but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must be 18 years old to operate equipment, but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Starting Wage: $20-$27 per hour, DOE
