Sales Associate – Client Experience & Sales

Panache is looking for a Sales Associate who is, first and foremost, a dedicated salesperson. You'll build real client relationships, style clients, and turn first-time shoppers into loyal regulars. This role can be built to grow, it can encompass Shopify receiving and store administration if interested.
Sales & Clients (Primary Focus)
• Build a personal book of business through regular text and phone outreach
• Style clients in-store and remotely with curated outfit recommendations
• Deliver a warm, concierge-level shopping experience and meet personal sales goals
• Ring sales on Shopify POS, handle shipping, and transfers
• Manage marketing subscription capture at checkout
• Know our designers and products through self-directed research
Store Support
• Refresh displays, racks, and storefront windows for seasons and holidays
• Tag and steam new arrivals; keep the floor and sale rack organized
• Pack and ship online orders and process online returns
• Make bank deposits, pick up mail from the PO box, and keep supplies stocked
• Help run our twice-yearly Trove Gallery sale
Room to Grow: Shopify Receiving & Admin
• Receive shipments, create purchase orders, and transfer inventory between stores
• Build product listings with photos, descriptions, pricing, and manage publishing online
• Keep Shopify inventory accurate and become the team's go-to for Shopify questions
What You Bring
• Sales experience, or a clear drive to excel in sales — our top priority
• Luxury or specialty retail experience preferred; Shopify experience a plus
• Available some weekends and holidays
• Comfort with hands-on work: steaming, restocking, vacuuming, box breakdown
