ABOUT US

Well Plated by Erin Clarke is a healthy, family-friendly recipe brand with a loyal community of 540K+ on Instagram. Erin’s recipes are well tested (no IG fails here), and her goal is to make healthy eating approachable, craveable, and of course delicious! We are looking for someone with video and editing experience to film and edit content into ready-to-post-reels.

THE ROLE

You’ll produce 8 Instagram reels a month, start to finish. That means filming a batch of content at Erin’s home across 2 to 3 shoot days (an iPhone is fine for filming), then editing each reel into a polished, post-ready video. Because you’re the editor, you’ll shoot with the final cut in mind, capturing exactly the shots and coverage each reel needs. You’ll deliver the final video product, then Erin will handle the actual posting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Film 8 reels’ worth of content per month at Erin’s home, batched into 2 to 3 shoot days

• Direct Erin on camera and shoot with the edit in mind, so you get every shot you’ll need

• Edit each reel into a finished, post-ready video: cut to the beat, clean and fast-paced

• Add all on-screen text and captions

• Sync in Erin’s voiceover

• Recommend the audio or trending sound to use, so Erin can add it when she posts

• Deliver the finished reels ready to publish

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

• Have real experience filming food and making it look crave-able (this is a must, please show us food work in your samples)

• Are a strong short-form editor with reels or TikToks you can show us

• Also shoot well, and understand how filming and editing work together

• Know what makes a visual hook land and can match a fast, clean, on-trend style

• Keep up with Instagram audio and format trends

• Are comfortable directing talent and running an efficient shoot

• Are reliable, organized, and easy to work with in a home setting

• Love food!

• Your own camera (iPhone is fine)

LOGISTICS

• 8 finished reels per month, delivered ready to post

• 2 to 3 filming days per month at Erin’s home in Park City, UT, scheduled together based on both calendars. Filming must be on-site; editing can be done remotely

• Compensation to be a flat monthly fee, not hourly

• We’ll start with a paid trial: one shoot day and a couple of finished reels, so we can both make sure it’s a fit
