Tanner Glass & Hardware is seeking a polished, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Design Specialist to join our Park City showroom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, interior designers, builders, and contractors to help bring beautiful homes to life.

Our ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys guiding customers through product selections while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

·      Welcome and assist customers in our Park City showroom.

·      Help homeowners, designers, architects, and builders select:

o   Decorative door and cabinet hardware

o   Shower glass and enclosure options

o   Mirrors

o   Bath accessories and related products

·      Learn customer preferences and recommend products that fit their style, budget, and project goals.

·      Create accurate quotes and sales orders.

·      Coordinate customer selections with builders and project managers.

·      Maintain detailed records of selections and project information.

·      Schedule appointments and manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.

·      Follow up with customers to ensure a seamless experience from selection through installation.

·      Keep the showroom organized, clean, and beautifully presented.

·      Stay current on product lines, design trends, and new offerings.

What We’re Looking For

·      Personable and confident working with high-end clientele.

·      Efficient and able to manage multiple projects without sacrificing accuracy.

·      Self-motivated and dependable.

·      Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

·      An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

·      Passionate about design, finishes, and helping customers create beautiful spaces.

·      Able to work independently while collaborating with our sales and installation teams.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience in interior design, kitchen and bath design, decorative hardware, cabinetry, flooring, tile, lighting, or a related showroom environment.

·      Sales or customer service experience in the construction or home building industry.

·      Experience preparing quotes, orders, and managing customer projects.

·      Knowledge of residential construction or remodeling is a plus.
