Bridge21 (B21) Park City is a 501c3 organization. B21 is dedicated to creating affordable, cognitively accessible, long-term housing opportunities that enable neurodiverse adults to live independently within a supportive community. The housing model is unique because rather than a single institutional facility, Bridge21 develops a network of homes in residential neighborhoods. They are intentionally designed with features that support sensory and cognitive needs (such as smart technology and quiet/sensory spaces) and promote daily living skills. A full-time program coordinator and tailored programming help residents develop independent living skills, socialize, and integrate into the broader Park City community. We opened our first neuroinclusive home in May 2025.
