The National Ability Center is hiring energetic, passionate, and adventure-driven team members to help deliver life-changing adaptive recreation experiences in beautiful Park City, Utah. Whether you’re guiding climbers up scenic canyon walls, guiding cycling adventures along scenic mountain trails, or creating engaging recreation experiences that build confidence and independence, every role plays a vital part in empowering individuals with disabilities to discover their abilities and create lasting memories. We are seeking Recreation Instructors, an Adventure Guide, and an Outdoor Climbing Guide who are excited to lead inclusive outdoor and recreation experiences such as mountain biking, cycling, challenge course and high ropes, paddle sports, archery, indoor/outdoor climbing, teambuilding, pickleball, and more. Summer Seasonal Positions Available:

Recreation Instructor (Park City, Utah): May through September with approximately 15-35 hours per week; must be 18 or older.

Outdoor Climbing Guide (Park City, Utah): May through September; hours vary depending on programming needs; must be 18 or older.

Adventure Guide (Park City, Utah): April through October; requires a flexible schedule to support multi-day adventure trips; must be 21 or older.
