Job Description

A national B2B multimedia publishing company is looking for a sharp, organized, detail-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the Publisher of four industry-leading trade publications. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love blending creativity with precision, this role will put you at the center of digital media, content marketing, and high-level client engagement.

What You’ll Do

· Prep and “frontload” sales pitch calls with tailored marketing and advertising options

· Pull compelling stats from reader surveys to strengthen pitches

· Create polished follow-up proposals using established templates

· Proofread all communications to perfection

· Identify, schedule, and prepare sales calls with inbound prospects

· Join Teams pitch calls and provide clear, actionable debrief notes

· Schedule follow-up meetings and keep conversations moving

· Prepare and track sponsorship and advertising agreements

· Manage the company’s online presence: website, social media, email campaigns

· Track and report campaign performance

This role is designed to grow into a high-level sales and marketing position for the right person.

What You Bring

· 3–5 years of relevant experience

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

· Experience with Salesforce, WordPress, Constant Contact, Teams, and Zoom

· Media sales, marketing, or project management experience is a plus
