Lemonade Education is seeking a part-time Account Manager to support students and families and serve as a key point of contact for our tutoring programs. This role blends relationship management, scheduling coordination, and customer support at a fast-growing education company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for new and existing families

• Conduct intake calls with new students and families

• Coordinate and manage tutoring schedules with students and educators

• Follow up on family needs and ensure a high-quality experience

• Collaborate with internal academic and operations staff

• Maintain accurate records and communication in our systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Experience in education, tutoring, or an education-related business

• Understanding of high school curriculum and college entrance exams (SAT, ACT)

• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

• Sales or account management experience a plus

• Existing relationships with public or private high schools a plus

Role Details

• Part-time position

• Some light evening and weekend availability required for family communication

• Remote or hybrid (depending on location)
