Role Overview

We’re hiring a Property Care Specialist to be our boots-on-the-ground: responsible for home inspections, basic maintenance, vendor coordination, and readying homes for owners and guests. This is a field role, focused on keeping homes functional, safe, and guest-ready — not an office or desk position.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned homes to perform interior and exterior inspections
  • Check and maintain mechanical systems, utilities, fixtures, and equipment
  • Perform light maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting (appliances, plumbing, HVAC basics, lighting, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external vendors when needed (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, repairs)
  • Verify all vendor work is completed properly before closing tasks
  • Conduct post-clean and pre-arrival walkthroughs
  • Ensure homes are guest-ready — clean, functional, safe, and stocked
  • Document every visit with photos and notes via mobile tools (iPad/smartphone)
  • Report urgent issues or emergencies immediately for escalation


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail; experience with maintenance, facilities, home repair, or similar hands-on work
  • Works independently, follows systems, holds themselves accountable, and solves problems
  • Lives in or near Park City
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable with stairs, cold weather, and snow/ice conditions
  • Professional communication and presence — representing APRÈS to owners and guests
