Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Park City, Utah
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20+ per hour, based on experience to start

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician to join our award-winning team and help maintain our properties to the highest standards.

Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties are in pristine condition by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with a diverse skill set who can handle general handyman tasks and minor electrical, plumbing, and drywall issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
    • General handyman repairs
    • Minor electrical repairs
    • Minor plumbing repairs
    • Minor drywall repairs
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and coordinate with the property management team.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, owners, and team members, delivering friendly and professional service.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in maintenance, handyman services, or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and drywall repair.
  • Proficient technical skills for record-keeping and communication through an application.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly demeanor and ability to interact positively with guests, owners, and team members.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • A reliable vehicle to commute to and from the Park City office.
  • Comfortable driving in snowy conditions.
  • Must be able to lift and carry over 50 pounds.

Work Schedule

  • Must be available to work on-site in Park City, Utah, 5 days a week.
  • Preferred hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 4pm 
  • The schedule will be set but can be adjusted for flexibility as needed.
