Superior Level IV Handyman with 5 years verifiable experience and 3 references. Specifically, you must have an emphasis is tile setting and be highly skilled in home maintenance services, rough and finish carpentry, drywall, texture, painting, decks, fences etc. Must have a smart phone, valid drivers license, current proof of car insurance in your name with declaration page, provide an MVR, AWD truck and tools to match skill level of a TRUE handyman. IF you are drama, have a bad driving record and/or do not have 5 years verifiable experience - please, this position is NOT for you! You MUST be insurable to drive our specialty vehicles!
