Job Description: We seek reliable and hardworking individuals to join the Park City Performing Arts team as Summer Concert on the Slopes Set-Up/Tear-Down Crew members at Canyons Village. Live events can be exciting but chaotic; anyone applying for this position should be flexible. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our summer concert series by handling the setup and teardown of chairs, tents, tables, and other temporary materials provided by Park City Performing Arts staff.  It is critical to understand that these are long hours. Responsibilities: Unload and Set Up Equipment: Transport chairs to designated areas on the grassy concert grounds and set them up according to the provided layout. Park City Performing Arts is seeking reliable, proactive, and personable individuals to serve as Artist Care Runners for our summer concert series at Canyons Village. This role is focused on providing direct, on-the-ground support to artists, touring teams, and production staff to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. As an Artist Care Assistant, you will assist with transportation, hospitality, and real-time requests, acting as a key support person throughout the event day. This role is fast-paced and requires flexibility, strong communication, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. This is a seasonal, part-time role running July through August 2026 , with hours primarily on event days, including evenings and weekends.

This is a summer/ seasonal position responsible for overseeing on-site operations and ensuring all events. The Venue Coordinator acts as a central point of communication between the executive director and the event staff, volunteers, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and moving parts in a fast-paced live event environment. This position includes regular in-person work and event-day responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
