For 30 years, Mountainlands Community Housing Trust advances its mission of creating affordable housing opportunities in Summit and Wasatch Counties. Mountainlands has developed, entitled or rehabilitated over 900 units, including through low income development projects, deed-restricted for-sale homes and community land trusts.
