ASSISTANT COUNSELING PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Full-time, Salary
Primary Responsibility:
The Assistant Counseling Program Director is responsible for the overall business and operations success of CCPC’s Counseling and Wellness Center.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage the budgets for Counseling Center, APRN, and scholarships, with oversight from Chief Financial Officer
· Oversee Center’s hospitality program, including but not limited to client first impressions, reception area, office cleanliness and supplies
· Manage Counseling Center’s admin team members and administrative aspects of CCPC clinical staff
· Work with CCPC’s Marketing and Grants Manager to identify, write, and report out on grant opportunities
· Actively fundraise for the center’s financial requirements, including planning and executing the annual Counseling fundraiser event
· Provide vision for personal growth and development training for counseling business administration staff
· Represent Counseling Department at CCPC Management meetings and share pertinent information with staff and counselors
· Implement clinical staff retention program, including continuing education stipends and benefits package
· Plan, lead and execute monthly staff meeting
· Recruit and interview new staff and therapists
o Create job descriptions in partnership with Counseling Clinical Director and HR Manager
o Hold screening interview and determine next steps in partnership with HR Manager
o Lead contract negotiations and write offer letters with HR Manager
· Manage and update administrative policies of the Counseling Center regularly
· Ensure timecards, vacation and PTO are up to date and correct
· Facilitate onboarding of all new counseling staff and therapists
· Oversee annual review process, in collaboration with Counseling Clinical Director
· Responsible for creation and implementation of annual marketing strategy while working alongside CCPC’s Marketing and Grants Manager
· Collaborate with Counseling Clinical Director on psycho-educational programming such as support groups, seminars, speakers
· Responsible for the promotion and execution of psycho-educational programming
· Incorporate Counseling Center at community events and tradeshows that will benefit the community and the center

· Participate in weekly staff meetings, weekly meetings with Counseling Clinical Director, monthly meetings with Chief Financial Officer and other staff-related meetings when appropriate.
