Primary Focus   This role is for someone who understands that great events are built long before the first drink is poured. The Event Operations & Production Manager works side-by-side with the operations team to ensure every detail—from batching syrups to loading vans—is dialed, organized, and ready for service. You’ll lead the day-to-day flow of the operation, making sure everything leaving the warehouse meets Top Shelf standards. Role If you’ve ever run a busy bar, managed a catering kitchen, or prepped for a high-volume event—you know the difference between hoping it works and knowing it’s ready. This role owns that difference.
