Role The Operations Manager ensures all warehouse operations and event logistics run flawlessly. They oversee production, inventory, prep, procurement, equipment processing, & event staging while maintaining Top Shelf standards. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping the operation organized, efficient, and accountable. This position is the operational backbone of Top Shelf events.
