The role involves leading, ordering, managing, and overseeing various aspects of the operations department. Role The Operations Manager ensures all warehouse operations and event logistics run flawlessly. They oversee production, inventory, prep, procurement, equipment processing, & event staging while maintaining Top Shelf standards. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping the operation organized, efficient, and accountable. This position is the operational backbone of Top Shelf events.
